Uniform
FORMAL UNIFORM - Purple woollen jumper, white long sleeved shirt, Purple tie, Beige Jodpurs, Any Approved Helmet (preferrably white), White Gums saddlecloth.
XC COURSE UNIFORM - Either formal uniform or Purple and white striped Rugby jumper and purple and white helmet cover.
INFORMAL UNIFORM - Purple long or short sleeved Gums Polo shirt, "NEW" JOHNSON'S sponsored shirts (black & purple or White & Purple Shirts), purple & white rugby jumper or purple windcheater.
Purple saddlecloth may be used for 2009, or the new white saddlecloth.
Formal uniform must used to visit other Clubs for whatever reason (except XC training days - rugby can be used). Also for any PCASA run event, gymkhana's, show etc and Instructed schools (unless otherwise advised - usually due to heat.)
Informal uniform can be used for Gums rally days, Gymkhana novelties, and as advised for Instructed schools.
Make Sure you have a white helmet for Events
Membership
Members are expected to assist with catering for the Marrabel Bull Ride and Marrabel Rodeo as these are major fundraisers for our club.
Membership: is due annually in early July.
All riding and non-riding members, whether Pony Club, Adult or social must be listed with the Pony Club Association of SA (PCASA) for Insurance Purposes. It is advisable for social members who think they may ride at sometime e.g. Instructing, Camps, Trail Rides or PC activites to join as Riding Members.
Voting Rights: Financial members over the age of 18 have voting rights at General Meetings and the Annual General Meeting.
Membership Fees 2009/2010:
Social (non riding) Member: $10.00
Riding Member Under 26 years $50.00
Riding Member Over 26 years $50.00
Administration Fee $10.00
(Admin fee (one off fee) - for new joining members.)
Members joining after 1 April will have membership fees reduced (amount to be decided by the Committee.)

(Day Attendance) & VISITORS
As of the first of July 2009, DAY ATTENDANCE will not be available.
Insurance Company has withdrawn this offer as it has not been used as designed. Administration has been a problem and some Clubs have not filled in forms or fowarded fees. Plus the Day Attendance or Day Membership has been used for Jumping events so has been removed Nationally.
VISITORS
In SA only at this stage, the following is now allowed.
Affiliated Pony Clubs can permit non members to participate in club rally days only in the form of a “Visitor”
Conditions:
Payment of $21-60 for insurance component of membership. They must be issue with a receiptThe receipt is endorsed and dated by the attending club on the reverse side (transferable between clubs). No receipt No visit. Only three endorsements permitted, after which time the person joins a Pony Club as a financial member and cannot trial as a Visitor at any other Pony Club again. When they become a member the person pays the balance left owing on membership fees
Waiver must be signed. Details of person and money must be sent to Sarah in PCASA office who will record on data base and declare Monthly with membership numbers
DAY ATTENDANCE
No longer is available and not to be used: This decision was made on a National level.
